Is Allied Armory a secure website?

YES!  We are 100% PCI compliant.  The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was created to help payment card industry organizations that process card payments prevent credit card fraud through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise. The standard applies to all organizations that hold, process, or exchange cardholder information from any card branded with the logo of one of the card brands.

You are also protected via GeoTrust SSL.   GeoTrust SSL certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.


Do you have live inventory management?

Yes we do.  BUT items move so fast at times, so it is a good idea to use our "Live Chat" system to verify if the particular product is still in stock.


Can I ship my order to a different address other than my billing address?

No.  With the growing rise of credit card theft/fraud, we will only ship to the billing address.  Exceptions can be made if you contact us, but we will require some sort of Govt Identification for verification.


How do I check the status of my order?

If you created an account when placing your order, you will be able to login and see your order status.  If you checked out as a guest you will NOT be able to do so.  If you create an account AFTER placing an order it will not show in your order details.


Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the contiguous United States + Alaska & Hawaii.


Can I ship my in-stock items ahead of my pre-ordered items?

Orders with a mix of in-stock and pre-ordered items will all ship together when the pre-ordered items arrive.  If you would like the in-stock items shipped now, and the pre-ordered items shipped when they arrive, you will have to pay additional shipping fees.


Why am I getting charged sales tax?

We have locations in California & Texas.  State law says we must collect sales tax if the shipping address is located in either of the 2 states.


Do you have a will call or allow local pickups?

As of right now, no we do not have a will call or allow local pickups.  All orders must be made through the website, phone or through our live chat system.  Being a home business we are not always able to answer the phone.  The best way to contact us is by email through the "Contact Us" form.


When will my order ship?

With recent events and the huge rush to purchase anything firearm related, we are running roughly 7-10 business days behind in shipping orders.


What is the difference between the order statuses?

  • Awaiting Payment - We have received your order and payment has been approved
  • Awaiting Shipment - Your order has been sent to our shipping department and will ship within 1-2 business days.  (We are currently running 10-14 business days behind in shipping)
  • Partially Shipped - Part of your order has shipped
  • Shipped - All items in your order have been shipped and are in the hands of the carrier
  • Pending - Your order is either pre-ordered or backordered
  • Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled
  • Refunded - Your order has been either partially or refunded in full


How do I track my order?

When placing an order through the website you will be emailed a tracking number when it has shipped.  If you checked out with an account or checkout out as a guest, login to your account and look under the "My Account / Completed Orders or Order Status".


Can I backorder items that show as out of stock?

As a general rule no.  But if a particular item is specifically marked as being to be backordered, it can.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before the order processing has begun.  If your order status is "Awaiting Payment" then it is still able to be cancelled.  If it reads anything else, it has already begun processing thus cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders and backorders can be cancelled, but a 10% cancellation fee will apply.


An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Acount / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered.  If all of the packages have been delivered and your item was missing from the order, use the "Contact Us" form and supply us with your order number and what item(s) are missing.
