Shipping Policy:

AlliedArmory.com ships ALL packages via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) depending on the particular items in the order.

ALL shipments include a tracking number.

Orders with a mix of in-stock and pre-ordered items will all ship together when the pre-ordered items arrive.  If you would like the in-stock items shipped now, and the pre-ordered items shipped when they arrive, you will have to pay additional shipping fees.

Due to restrictions on some firearms related products, AlliedArmory.com ships to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska addresses only.  NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We CANNOT ship to APO addresses.

We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.

We CANNOT ship to any address other than your billing address.  Exceptions will only be made if you contact us and provite proper Govt Issued Identification.

Shipping Times:

The majority of our products ship from our Texas warehouse.  Very few items ship from our CA office.  In most cases you can expect your order at your door within 1-4 business days from shipping.

  • $5.95 Ground Flat Rate Shipping
  • $11.95 2nd Day Air Flat Rate Shipping

Return Policy:

We will do everything in our power to satisify our customers.  

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

All returns require a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and can be obtained be emailing us at customerservice@alliedarmory.com

All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee + the actual shipping charges if your order was shipped for free.  Refunds will be issued after the product is inspected.  Products must be in  New, Resellable Condition.  Torn boxes, missing items or any visible damage will forefit the return and will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

We do our best to avoid shipping mistakes, but on occasion they do happen.  We will 100% make it right.

All of the products that we sell are Factory New.  If you receive a product that is not in working order, contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Any order with a order status of "Awaiting Shipment" has already been processed and can't be cancelled.

Please contact us at customerservice@alliedarmory.com if you need to cancel an order.

AlliedArmory.com is not a warranty repair station, and therefore AlliedArmory.com MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.
